Refund policy

1. Please email shop@jianhui.london to inform us you would like to return your item. We will provide our shipping address.
   
   2. Please return items back in original boxes and packaging within 14 days, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the tag still attached to the piece.
   
   3. We recommend that all goods be returned via a recorded method of delivery. Please get a 'proof of posting' certificate from your Post Office or carrier. This will cover you if the goods are lost in the post. Jianhui London cannot be held responsible for any returns that do not reach us and unfortunately you will remain billed for lost items. Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 7 working days after receipt. We will send you a confirmation email once we have refunded your purchase but bear in mind it may take a few days to show up on your bank statement. Please note we will only refund the postage and packaging charge for sending the product to you if the product is damaged, faulty, or does not match your order. £2.00/3.00 Euros/US$4.00 admin fee will be charge for each return. For orders which are shipped to outside of the UK, Jianhui London pays for duty/tariff on behalf of the customers. So for these non UK orders, we do not refund the duty/tariff as we couldn't get it back from your local customs.

4. Sale items are non - refundable.
 
If you suspect your goods are Faulty
In the unforeseen event that you suspect your item of being faulty, please accept our apologies and contact us asap at shop@jianhui.co.uk  where we will offer an exchange or refund, we will also accept the responsibility for the postage fees up to a value of £8.00 for UK orders and up to US$20.00 for non UK orders.

Please Note:
Any variations in our hand painted designs can be expected due to the hand painted method. Please treat all our designs with care.
