In February 2025, Christie’s presented Unapologetically Iris: The Collection of Iris Apfel, an auction celebrating the extraordinary personal collection of this much-loved fashion icon.
Among the pieces offered were designs by Jianhui London. These included a colourful plastic fringe coat, dating from around 2020, as well as several statement necklaces made from wood and coconut shell.
Seeing Jianhui London designs included among the treasures from Iris’s personal wardrobe was a very special moment for our brand. It was a lovely recognition of the creativity, individuality and bold spirit that have always been at the heart of our work.
